Jieyang Port Qianzhan Operation Area General Terminal Phase I Project

The Qianzhan General Terminal of Jieyang Port (Phase I) officially began operations on February 28, 2025. Located in the waters of a national first-class open port area on the eastern side of Shenquan Bay in Qianzhan Town, Huilai County, the project is designed to include one 70,000-ton general-purpose berth, one 3,000-ton general-purpose berth, and one dedicated workboat berth. It will also feature supporting infrastructure such as breakwaters and shoreline protection structures, with an annual designed throughput capacity of 3.246 million tons. This terminal marks the nation’s first deep-water port that integrates offshore wind power component transportation into its planning and design stages. It will handle the loading, unloading, storage, and logistics of wind power equipment, construction and maintenance tools, general cargo, and even grain supplies, positioning itself as the largest "offshore wind power homeport" in eastern Guangdong Province.

Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College (Inner Mongolia Police Training Corps) was established on December 19, 2002. Its scope of operations includes firmly integrating the concept of strengthening the sense of community among the Chinese nation as the central thread throughout all aspects of its educational mission—ranging from running the institution and managing campus affairs to teaching, nurturing talent, conducting scientific research, developing human resources, and serving society. The college focuses on cultivating specialized, application-oriented professionals for the region's public security and political-legal system, while also undertaking critical tasks such as training newly recruited police officers across the region, providing in-service training for active-duty police personnel, conducting theoretical and practical research in public security, addressing emergency response to unexpected incidents, and ensuring security for disaster relief efforts as well as major events.

Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Chifeng Prison Office Furniture and Equipment Procurement Project

The Chifeng Prison in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region faithfully implements the Party and state's guiding principles, policies, and strategic decisions. As the first project launched at Yantai Port Plaza and also the inaugural construction project in Hai Shang World, the Yantai Port Production Dispatch Command Center boasts a total investment of 717 million yuan. The project is set on a site covering approximately 1.93 hectares, with a planned total floor area of 75,000 square meters—of which 52,000 square meters will be above ground and 23,000 square meters underground. Standing at a height of 63 meters, the complex comprises three separate buildings labeled A, B, and C (Building A has 13 floors, Building B spans 7 floors, and Building C includes 10 floors). These structures will primarily serve as office spaces for Shandong Port Group’s Yantai Port operations, along with facilities such as a dispatch command center, an enterprise culture exhibition hall, and an archive.

Shaanxi Gas Industry R&D and Incubation Base Furniture Procurement Project

The Shaanxi Gas Industry R&D and Incubation Base Project is a key project in Shaanxi Province. Located in the Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, the project spans 16,200 square meters of land with a total floor area of 117,100 square meters. It comprises three office buildings—labeled A, B, and C—along with an underground parking garage, and stands 79.8 meters tall. Since groundbreaking, the project has adhered to the principles of "strategy-first planning, model-led approach, process control, and achieving excellence on the first attempt," ensuring technology-driven construction throughout the entire process.

Xiangshan Economic Development Zone Shanhaiqing Apartment Furniture Procurement

The Shanhaiqing Apartment is located in the Binhai Industrial Park, Xiangshan Economic Development Zone. With a total construction area of over 65,000 square meters and a total investment of approximately 260 million yuan, the apartment offers a variety of unit types, including single rooms, double rooms, and family suites—totaling 966 units in all. It is expected to accommodate more than 1,600 residents. The apartments will be built to high-end, fully furnished standards, complete with essential amenities such as kitchens, bathrooms, and showers, making it easy for residents to move in with just their personal belongings.
